Tooling designed to capture gas or liquids escaping underwater for the purpose of recovery to surface for analysis.
Three tools are offered.
- One tool captures high pressure samples of gas or liquid. Sample filling relies on pressure differential between the isolated sea level pressure inside the bottles and the surrounding ambient sea water pressure. This filling operation happens once per bottle, per dive.
- Two tools capture low pressure samples of gas or liquid. There is an electrically operated and hydraulically operated version of the low pressure tools. Sample filling is mechanically achieved via a syringe ingesting or expelling the sample whilst submerged for multiple opportunities in case first sample fill was in the wrong location.
